This major refurbishment of an 1860’s pub in central Castlemaine creates a new bar, restaurant, function rooms and courtyard garden within a heritage shell. Recycled furniture and fittings, timber and steelwork, along with extensive plantation plywood panelling, and maintaining elements of the existing pub add character and texture to the interiors.
