Kenzi House is a 230m-square design with a mid-century feel. It features two wings that comprise Living, Kitchen, Dining; a spacious Master Bedroom with Walk-in Robe, Ensuite and separate Living/Study area. The 2nd wing comprises 2 Bedrooms, Rumpus room, Bathroom and a Laundry. Kenzi House also has a Powder room, an Alfresco kitchen/dining area (with wood-fired pizza oven) and a generous-sized deck.
